Battery Life
Battery life for the Ventev PowerCell 3015c is excellent. In our repeated, intensive tests, the Ventev survived for a full 212 minutes—two to three times longer than all competitors, and extremely close to the LinearFlux LithiumCard Pro and Incipio OffGrid 4000. Discharge rate is on par with the industry average.

Power/Size
The Ventev PowerCell’s battery life for its size/weight is among the best in the micro size category. In fact, the PowerCell ranks highest in battery life per cubic inch, and third in battery life per ounce.

Durability
With a nearly all aluminum housing, the Ventev Powercell proved itself to be very durable in impact and compression tests, especially compared to its competitors. The sides of the PowerCell 3015c, however, are high-density plastic. While durable and completely necessary for the integrated micro-USB/lightning charge cables, they introduce some weak points and exposes some stress in lateral impact and compression tests.

Features
Like all devices we tested, the Ventev 3015c offers 1amp output and integrated power level indicators. The integrated micro-USB or lightning cables eliminate the need of finding (or losing) separate cables when power is needed.

Value
The Ventev 3015c offer the second-longest battery life per dollar of any device in the micro size category. In short: it’s an excellent buy.
