Fischer Pro MTN 95 Ti 2017 Review
October 22, 2016The Good
- Great energy and hold
- Powerful yet easy to engage
- Very solid all over the hill
- Aggressive charger
- Vaporizes manky snow
The Bad
- Not as forgiving
- Needs to be driven
- Stiffer in the forebody
- Best going fast
With "Excellent" to "Favorite" scores almost all the way across the board, Fischer's Pro Mtn 95 Ti is one of the best skis in the All Mountain category. It carves with authority, has excellent edge hold in any condition, and absolutely obliterates soft powder and mank. Only caution here; you better like skiing hard and fast.
Fischer’s Pro Mtn 95 Ti is one of the most exciting, fun to carve skis in the brand’s Pro Mtn Series. The All Mountain Rocker, combined with a Carbon Fiber Tip, makes it easy to set an edge in all conditions, with a confident arc that invites you to go fast. The Air Tec Ti construction provides performance that is wonderfully confusing, leaving you to wonder how a ski with such a lightweight feel can blast through off-piste conditions like such a badass.
This ski is best limited to power skiers and hard chargers who don’t ever take a run, or turn, off. That said, it received top ranks across the board, with one tester saying, “It’s the funnest ski I’ve skied in this whole test.”
