This beautiful short film takes us into the mind of Rob Krar, one of the best ultra-runners in the world, as it examines the connection that he fellow runner Christina Bauer have with the proposed Greater Grand Canyon Heritage National Monument in Arizona. That proposal would permanently make the lands that surround the Grand Canyon National Park protected areas as well, helping to ensure that the area doesn’t get taken over by loggers, uranium miners, and over-zealous developers.
