Kokatat expands its efforts to outfit anglers by introducing the Bahia Predator PFD as part of the spring 2016 collection. Like other life vests in the Bahia line, the Predator has been designed with the specific needs of fishermen in mind. It provides solid comfort whether they are fishing from boats, dories or kayaks, or if they are simply wading out into the water itself.
The vest comes equipped with a Cordura cover that helps prevent hooks from accidentally getting snagged on the PFD while casting. It also includes mesh vents on the sides and back to help keep anglers from over heating on warm days, as well as a zippered front pocket that converts to a work shelf and provides storage space for flies and tippet. Straps on the front and shoulders allow anglers to attach other vital gear such as pliers, line snips, or a multitool.
The Predator will be priced at $139 when it becomes available early next year.
