The Good

  • Great float
  • Loves untracked powder

The Bad

  • Not super stable
  • Bland in most conditions
THE VERDICT

If you're looking to float down untracked fields of powder, Scott's Scrapper could be your kind of ski. It did not put up much of a fight in any other categories.

FULL REVIEW

Scott’s Scrapper earned across the board praise for its superior float in off-piste conditions. After that, scores dropped off dramatically. Stability, firm snow, and versatility or not strong suits any time the conditions are anything but perfect.

We recommend this ski for intermediate to fairly advanced skiers (read, lots of straightlining kids who head straight for the bowls) who put an emphasis on off-piste float.
