A trail runner died of hypothermia during the Ultra Fiord 100 in Patagonia this weekend. Two other runners had to be rescued after three days. Our running jacket tester and news correspondent, Yitka Winn, was there (winning the women’s division as it happens) on assignment for Trail Runner magazine. Here is her report on what went wrong.
