Salomon recently recruited trail runner phenom Anna Frost to help create a line of new, limited-edition apparel inspired by “the landscapes, flowers, and native bush” of New Zealand. That…and, presumably, lots of running throughout Middle Earth. The range employs light fabrics with nominal seams, quick-drying materials, and simple, flattering, feminine lines. The Race Tank, Dress, and Skort incorporate side mesh panels, subtle vent holes, and glued construction for added comfort. We like the smart integration of pockets, which look like they’ll secure the small stuff you carry while running without distracting you mid-stride. Frost also designed a handful of After Sport pieces, slightly less technical products that might have some cool travel applications, including a tank, a hooded jacket, and a ¾-length pant.
