Brad Steele is the co-creator of BackcountrySkiingCanada.com, a one-stop-shop for skiers and riders seeking timely, on-the-money information. BackcountrySkiingCanada.com is where you’ll find route descriptions, product reviews, guides, videos, comps and other like minded people who are as amped on ski touring as you are. 

Backcountry skiing has been a long time passion of Brad’s since moving to the Kootenays many years ago. With a background in graphic and industrial design, he has found the ideal way to combine creativity with his ski touring addiction, thus forming the ultimate day job. 

With three backcountry ski guide books under his belt (West Kootenay Ski Touring Guide, Whistler & Area Ski Touring Guide and Lake Louise, Sunshine, Banff & Area Ski Touring Guide) he and business partner Andrew Creighton aim to encourage safe travel through the mountains, promote a healthy appreciation for Mother Nature, and crank up the fun factor.
